Begginnings Brunch, Wild Visitors and Last Beach Day (Sept. 5, 2022)

It's our last morning here so we decided to go out for breakfast this morning.

We found a spot in Invermere that sounded good and headed over there.

Beginnings

We had a little bit of a wait to get in there - Jason kept the girls entertained.

It was a lot bigger inside than I was expecting - nice.

Zepplyn was being camera shy.

Kody and Haylee.

Freya was busy blowing bubbles in her chocolate milk.

If she couldn't blow bubbles in it, she didn't want it.

I had myself a virgin Caesar and it was TA-ASTY!

Back to blowing chocolate milk bubbles.

Jason had the avocado toast - I had a taste and it was really good.

I had chicken and waffles and it was also very delicious.

Randy had opted to skip out on breakfast and stayed back at the VRBO and he got a couple visitors.

He was able to zoom in a bit and get some good shots.

Looks like a mama and a baby.

He followed them outside to get a closer look.

 Mom was checking Randy out.

But she soon lost interest and left.

We did a bit of shopping after breadfast - we found some goodies then we stopped at the fruit and vegetable stand for some peaches on the way back to the VRBO.

We only got a few peaches because we weren't sure how they were going to taste but they were delicious so we plan on stopping back there tomorrow on our way home to get some more.

Haylee found a little Harley Quinn costume at the second hand store for Freya and she tried it on as soon as she got home.

It looks so cute.

Zepplyn was  friends with the camera again.

We went to the beach over in Invermere today.

It's a really nice beach, the homes along the lake are very grand.

It was really windy and one of our floatie toys started floating out into the center of the lake.

It was too far for any of us to swim and go get it but this couple in a boat  went and picked it up and brought it back to us.

I was the only one who really did any swimming, the kids weren't really into it today.

So we went over and played at the park for awhile.

Freya decided she wanted Mom and Dad to bury her.

It was gravel, not sand so it wasn't as easy.

She thought it was hilarious.

They had a game of catch me if you can when it was time to go home.

Na na na boo boo, you can't catch me!!!

She faked an injury when she knew she was caught, ha ha.

The next activity was tree climbing.

Freya wanted to try too.

Crystal and Haylee were her cheerleaders.

She did it.

It was a pretty nice park that they had right by the beach there.

She wanted to get buried one more time.

She thought it was great.

All ready for bed, she has all the essentials - her balloon and my phone to watch YouTube.
