We have an early flight out tomorrow so we decided to stay at the airport tonight.
That way Jennifer won't have to get up early to drive us out there, it's a bit of a drive from her place.
So this morning will be our last run along the ocean.
I'm sure going to miss this scenery.
Even though it was grey and drizzly it's still beautiful (it was warm too).

After our run, we walked along the beach for a bit and I found some sea glass.
How did I not think to do this before now?
I got 7k in today - no 25k but not too shabby.

I'm going to miss seeing these nice low numbers when I get home.
The boys went with their Dad for the night so we said our good-byes to them.
It was nice to get to spend some time with them - they are growing up so fast.
After they left, we decided to go out for dinner with Jen.
I used to go to Steak and Stein all the time when I lived here and I kind of had a craving for it so that's where we went.
I ordered what I always used to order, two of a kind derby style with baked potatoe.
It was just as good as I remembered.

Wow - I feel like I look way larger than when I first got here - I likely am!
Jason had the derby beef tip stroganoff.
After we ate, we went to the casino in Halifax.
None of us ended up winning big but it was still fun.
When we finished gambling, Jason and I got a bit to eat at a Chinese Place right in the casino.
Chinese is not something we get very often but I do like it.
It was a good treat.
When we left there, Jen drove us to our hotel out by the airport.
I'm so sad that our trip has come to an end.
I'm already looking forward to our next trip here.
I really want to make a point of getting here more often to spend more time with my sister and the boys.
Affirmation - I went a bit crazy on vacation - not tracking, eating whatever I want.
This all comes to an end now and I'm going to get right back to it as soon as I get home.
I liked this - vaccinations are causing such a divide right now and people are up in arms about losing their 'rights' but I don't happen to agree.
Ba ha ha.
This made me laugh.
