We were given the go ahead to go back to town this morning.
Rob was up and ready to go as soon as he heard the news.
So he packed up and he took Mom back to town with him.
Jason just started his days off today and we had the house for another night so we decided to stay and spend one more night there, just the two of us.
After Morgan came and picked up her animals, Jason and I headed to the city to spend the day.
We stopped and looked at a house in Westlock for his parents.
The backyard is not very private so we figure they probably won't like it.
We looked at a second one but it was pretty awful.
We stopped at Smash Burger on our way in for some lunch.
I had their shoe string onion rings with my burger.
Jason had the brussels sprouts.
Their burgers there are so delicious.

I accidentally got a double burger but I did eat the whole thing.
Then we went over to St Albert Mall, parked and hopped on our bikes to go for a bike ride.
We ended up doing nearly 23 km on the trails they have there and we really enjoyed it.

After the bike ride we did a little shopping then headed back to the airbnb.
We got back to the airbnb and it was nice to have the whole place to ourselves.
We had more ice cream cake - it really needs to get eaten up.
Then we packed up everything - I have to be to work in the morning so I'll be leaving really early.
Jason will make sure he takes whatever I can't fit in the car with him when he leaves in the morning but he's not in a big rush.
All the dogs at Rita & Lloyd's during the evacuation, there's Ozzy & Louie (Kody and Haylee's), Cooper (Zepplyn's) and then Rita & Lloyd's dog - can't remember his name.
I could easily go either way, maybe not mountain climbing but biking or hiking or running are all fun but sitting on the couch with a blanket and a snack is a perfectly fun way to spend time as well.
