Jason had to work this morning but I got to have a lazy morning with the girls.
Good morning from us!
I love spending time with them so much.
Eden still had her Halloween make up on, I could not get it off.
Eden had my phone and was taking some picture of herself.
There were about 25 of this shot on my phone.
I did take them home at 10:30 - they are going to the city with Haylee and Crystal to go to the pool at the mall.
I was heading to the city as well.
My sister had to go out of town for work for 10 days so my mom is going to her place to stay with Declan (my nephew) so I was dropping her off.
I took her to get some groceries first then got her settles in at Jen's.
Then I went on in to the city.
My goal was to get some ship lap and paint so I could get painting in my house.
I found ship lap but realized that it would not fit in my car even if I folded all the seats down.
So I had a chat with Jason and we decided that we would just go pick it up in Whitecourt.
I did find paint though.
This is the color I ended up picking - Thai Basil.
I picked up a primer too because we painted the whole house a couple years ago and it is peeling off in big sections so I think it might have been an oil based paint underneath.
I asked if I could just get a paint with the primer right in it but the girl I talked to at the paint store said no, it wouldn't work right in this case.
She said to sand the sections that are peeling, then just paint everything with the primer.
I got some groceries too then headed back home.
I had considered heading over to the mall to maybe watch the kids at the pool but it looked like it might snow and I wanted to get home and off the road before that happened.
It was close to 8 when I got home.
Jason helped me take everything in then we just hung out until bed time.
Tomorrow I plant on putting away all the Halloween stuff.
I might fill the nail holes and wash the walls too - we'll see what I can get accomplished.
