I was up at 5 am this morning.
I was 235.8 lbs which is not good but also not horrible for traveling all day yesterday and eating the way I did.
But I really feel like I'm in a place where I want to get back on track.
I've been wanting to get up early in the morning and do some morning stretches and today is the day I'm finally going to just do it.
So I did.
I found a stretching video and followed it.
I didn't really like it so I just added some of my own.
Tomorrow I'll try another and I'll keep on doing that until I find one that I really like.
I also hopped on the treadmill and walked for 20 minutes or so.
Just to get the day started off right.
I don't really feel up to running in the mornings yet but maybe I will eventually.
Until then, moving is moving.
I had a quite a few emails to catch up on at work but not as many as usual so I was able to work my way through them.
Then at lunch time, I hopped on the treadmill again, this time to do some running.
I ran for 30 minutes (the rest is warm up and cool down), just at a 4.0 but it's a start.
My plan is to get up at 5 everyday, do a stretching routine and 20 min or so of walking on the treadmill (or outdoors depending on the weather).
Then at lunch time I'm going to alternate daily between running and weight lifting.
Today was my run, tomorrow will be weight lifting.
I picked Freya up and drove her to dance then afterwards, picked her and Zepplyn up.
They came to my place for a bit to visit then I dropped them off at the pool to go swimming.
Kody was going to pick them up afterwards.
I spent the evening just doing laundry and cleaning, I also had a nice long bath.
Then I also worked on cleaning up my phone, the storage is so full that I'm having trouble taking pictures and sending text messages.
The only thing I did not get to today was tracking my points but I know I didn't go over so all good there.
