2025 Christmas Decorations and Family Fun Night (Dec.13, 2025)

I was up early and got to work cleaning the house.
I also went down and sorted through all of the gifts that I've bought so far.
I wanted to see if there was anything else I needed to get.
Plus I organized everything so the stuff for each person is in it's own pile.

Mom does a lot of the wrapping for me so it makes it easier for her.

Jen and Declan are coming for the night so I invited everyone else over to hang out and play games.
I decided to make a surprise dip so I ran to the store to pick up some of the ingredients I needed.

I also ordered some pizza bread from a swim club fundraiser and that came in today so I picked that up as well.

When the house is all clean, I love just sitting here with all the Christmas lights on and just enjoying all of the decorations.

I still love our tree so much.

I wasn't going to bother putting up the red swag on the curtains this year but I'm so glad I did because I love how it looks.

Some of my musical Santa's all lined up in a row.

I like the wall of art.

I made this reindeer last year and I just love how it turned out.
I picked up the tree behind it at the dollar store and I think it matches really well.

The girls Santa picture from this year.

This is in my hallway.

I set some of my snowmen up there because I'm running out of space in my living room.

It's hard to get a picture of these but I replaced all my regular pictures with Santa pictures form over the years.

I had to put another of my trees here behind the tv, it looks really good there.
I gave our deer a festive head piece and a bell around his neck and I think that it looks nice.

I have a lot of my little pieces displayed here.

The decor has spilled over into the bathroom.

I picked up the snowman picture at the second hand store and I really like it.

My bedroom got a Christmas makeover too.

The dining room looks festive as well.

I have all my little birds all over my hutch.
Plus some of my other Christmas figures found their home here this year.

And a close up of our tree that I just love so much.
My sister is heading here from the city today and she's picking up some liverwurst for me.
I love it and always get some at Christmas time but they didn't have any here in town.

She's also picking up some cold foam which is also not available anywhere here in town.
She only ended up leaving Morinville around 4ish.

Miss Eden arrived with her Dad and sister.
She is talking so much lately.
Very clearly too for the most part.

I can never get everyone to smile at the same time.

So I've included both pictures.
This was just everyone having some snacks.

Freya had my phone so I asked her to take some pictures for me.
Morgan and Kalem.

Mom, Declan and Jen.

Kalem, Rob, Kody, Declan and Jen.
We had a game of Pictionary - boys against the girls.
We got into the lead pretty quickly but the boys caught up and surpassed us.
The made it to the final space first but we did come back again in the end and win.
Freya really loved playing it but she loves to draw so of course it was right up her alley.

Jason put some shows on the big screen in the bedroom for the little girls to watch.

Whitney and Eden.

Eden loves having 'Papa phone' lately.

Freya has started practicing doing handstands and the little girls were trying to copy her.

Ha ha.

Freya is getting really good at it.

Just look at her.
I can't even get up there let alone stay up there for any length of time.

Eden is still trying.

Mom and Jen chilling.

Jen of course stayed the night and so did Eden and Freya.
We started watching The Santa Clause but we were all tired so we ditched it and just went to bed.

That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
