Halloween 2025 (Oct.31, 2025)

It's Halloween!
I started listening to a new book today - I've seen it pop up in a few must rest lists so I figured I'd give it a try.

I hopped on the treadmill on my lunch hour and walked for a half hour or so.

Got my Halloween earrings on today.

Jason got a start on the Halloween decorations last night.
It was dark when he finished so I couldn't take any pictures until today.

His new addition for this year - he set her up so that she looked like she was levitating in the tree.

She looks cool.

This guys looks like a real guy just standing there, very creepy.

He put this guy up in the tree to.
He put everything in and around the tree this year which I like.

My swing girl turned into the casket girl.

Jason got this headless guy set up in the flower bed.

I stopped over to drop Freya's costume and Eden was in her Raggedy Ann costume.

She looks so cute.

Mom got the Halloween candy ready to go.
I got 100 full size chocolate bars then I got some little bags of Taqui's too just in case I run out.

I am going to take the Halloween decorations down probably Sunday because I want to do a little painting before I put the Christmas decorations and I want to get working on it.

So I wanted to take some pictures of the set up before it comes down.

My little witch legs sticking out of the door.

I got the Happy Halloween banner last year on clearance and I think they look so good.

I put this giant spider up on the corner of the curtains.

I just put my new tablecloth out today and the big giant pumpkin I just bought.
Both I picked up on the weekend for half price.
I love the tablecloth.

Kitty cat.

Some pumpkins and a witch.

This area looks really Halloween-y.

I had a bunch of spiders so I put them out all over the coffee station.

I like the Salem Broom company sign that I made to sell last year.
I'm so glad that it didn't sell and I got to keep it.

When Jason got home, he finished up his Halloween decorating.
He moved the headless guy over to the front of the house and it shows up more here so I think that was a good idea.

He added some fake blood and that just amped it up 100%.

He brought out a few more guys and set them up around the tree too.

I think these two little Sam's are my favorite.

His pale guy.

A couple of my witches.

This girl we bought at Spirit of Halloween.
She does a jump scare when you walk by her.

Eden all ready to go Trick or Treating.
She looks adorable.

Freya in her Sally costume - she ditched the wig pretty quickly.

Zepplyn was with them - her make up and contacts look great.

Haylee got dressed up too to take the girls out.

The Trick or Treaters were kind of sparse tonight.
We don't normally get a lot at our place because most of the people around us don't give out treats.

When they finished trick or treating, Haylee brought the girls to our place.

It's kind of tradition for them to come over and go through their haul.

2025 Halloween Haul.

I didn't get a great video of it but she was loving twirling around in her costume.

The girls were hanging outside with Jason - it kind of warmed up slightly.

She was loving going around looking at all of the Halloween decorations.

She was loving it.

Freya was enjoying herself as well.

She kept saying 'so scary'.

Scaring Grandma.

We kept a tally of the Trick or Treaters that we got and 49 was the total number.

We shut it down around 9:30 then Jason started to take everything down.

He took some cool pictures before he took it down.

Creepy guy.

They look really good with the lights in behind them.

I think this is one of my favorite characters that he's every made.

Jason took this super cute picture of Eden.

Haylee posted some pictures from tonight and from the Halloween party at the bar.

Kody wore a really creepy costume.

Haylee in her costume from the party.

Haylee went to a Halloween party after Trick or Treating so the girls had a sleepover with us.

That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
