I was up early again this morning and tried a new stretching video that I found.
It was a short yoga based stretch.
It was ok - I did it then I added some of my own stretches.
Then I waalked on the treadmill for around 25 minutes.
It feels good to get up early and get my day started this way.
It was busy at work today trying to get emails and payroll done.
Then after work, I loaded up my car.
I am heading to Fernie, BC for the weekend with the family to visit my brother who moved there last year.
It's a 8 hour drive from my place so I decided to head to my sister's for the night, that way it is just a 6 hour drive tomorrow.
Freya drove with me and so did Morgan and Whitney.
Whitney got a new car seat today - Kalem got it put into the car in no time at all - it would have taken me forever to get that thing clipped in.
Then we hit the road.
We saw a big beautiful rainbow on the drive to Jen's.
Then it turned into a double rainbow.
I had to pull over to get a good picture but pictures just don't do it justice.
It was so bright and beautiful.
It lasted for a really long time too.
Rob was already at Jen's when I got there.
So was Mom - she's been there for a few days actually.
Jen picked up a new little couch from Ikea that turns into a bed so mom was going to test it out tonight.
My little sidekick - I just love her so much.
Meanwhile back in Swan Hills, Jason went and picked up Eden after work so he could hang out with her for a bit before Kody and Haylee head to Fernie - they are only heading out tomorrow morning.

She was living the life - bubba in one hand and popsicle in the other.
She didn't want to go home when it was time and I know Jason will miss the kiddos on the weekend but on the upside - he has a whole weekend to himself.
He does have to work otherwise he would have come with us.
