It's not Monday but I still wanted to see what the damage was from the trip so I weighed in.
I was 215 lbs.
That's up 5.2 which isn't horrible for a trip like we just had.
When I went home on my lunch hour, I did my workout from yesterday, which was a 35 minute easy run and I did that at a speed of 4.5,
Happy to have that done.
It was a busy day at work playing catch up with emails so it just flew by.
Then I spent the evening finishing my book.
