Made it to hump day.
It's been a busy week at work but I like it busy so all good.
I had a 5k run on the training plan for today so I knocked that out on the treadmill on my lunch hour.
I'm feeling so good about this round of training - I've been pushing myself a bit so I'm proud of myself.
My eating on the other hand has gotten out of control this week.
I'm not tracking anything and I am having lots of treats.
I'm going to pay for that on the scale but I can't get my mindset right for some reason.
