Back to the Vet for Professor Snuggles (Oct.18, 2020)

Once Baby F fell asleep last night, she pretty much slept straight through until 9 am which was nice.

When she got up, the first thing she wanted to do was dance.

So of course, My Honey obliged.
They were moving around so much it was hard to get a good picture so he's blurry in one of these and she is in the other.

Then she wanted a baba, not just any baba though, it had to be hot and she made sure she told Papa too!

That meant I got to have cuddles with her which I love.

Even got her to smile for a selfie with me!

Papa helped her touch the ceiling.

She loved it!

They colored together.

Ever since we showed her how to draw the outline of her hand, she wants to do it all the time.

Then we had breakfast.
She loves bacon - she comes by that honestly.

The food on everyone else's plate looked better than the food on hers I guess.

As long as she was eating though, didn't matter which plate she was taking it off of.

Then it was bath time.

She was having a grand time swimming around in there but when she was ready to get out, she wanted out right then.

At least I was able to get her hair washed first without to much of a fight.

Cutest girl in the whole wide world (imo).

Then it was time to go home.
We really love being able to spend this time with her and I think she enjoys being with us too.

Some of Professor Snuggles symptoms were starting to return so it looks like the medication the vet gave us the other night weren't really working.

So we got him into his carrier and headed back to the Vet.
We went to a different one this time, one in Barrhead that we like.
He is kind of rough and gruff but he is also no nonsense and tells you like it is.
I also feel like he's not trying to just squeeze as much money out of a visit as he can.

He took Professor Snuggles right in and got a catheter in him to drain his bladder then he flushed it.
He said he'll need to do it once a day for three more days so PS will have to stay there until Wednesday or Thursday.
He's confident all will be ok.
He'll give us an anti biotic for him when we take him home and suggested we should start him on food especially for UTI's.
He said that once they get a UTI like this, they are much more prone to keep getting them.

So we had to leave PS there for a few days but I feel like he is in good hands.

We popped into Westlock and did a bit of shopping before heading back home.

Saw a moose on the way home.

She had her baby with her.

They didn't stick around long, just long enough for me to get a blurry picture.

Mom took off running and baby followed.

We had picked up some sushi and a roast chicken in Westlock and that is what we had for supper when we got home.

Facebook Memory - My most liked picture of 2007.

My cousin R took us all out for a sail.
Sure wish we could go back and do it again!

That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
