I weighed in at 268 lbs today.
We are starting another 12 week weight loss competition at the office and this will be my start weight.
I am really going to give it my all.
In my humble opinion, this word should be added to the dictionary.
It's certainly going to be added to our collective vocabulary at the office.
Lunch was left over adobe chicken and instant mashed potatoes which are so delicious and so easy to make.
My Honey sent me this shot of the kitties napping together this afternoon.
He said at one point that Paddington was half hanging off the couch but still continued to lay there.
I had to take a trip down to WCT after work.
I do administrative work for WCSS Area W and we have our annual spill exercise planned for tomorrow.
I had to pick up the key to the staging area where half of the exercise would be taking place tomorrow then I was meeting the trainers there to just make sure everything was good to go.
I also had to pick up drinks and desserts for it then afterwards My Honey & I went to the casino for supper.
I had a Virgin Caesar extra spicy.
They loaded it up with Worcestershire sauce and it was sooooo delicious.
It made me realize that it isn't extra spice I want, it's extra Worcestshire so that is how I am going to order it from now on.
I am so glad he was on days off and able to join me for the trip.
We had popcorn shrimp for an appetizer.
It was pretty good.
My Honey had the Casino Burger - it was a monster.
I had a steak salad.
I'd never had it before which surprised me because the menu hasn't changed in forever so I am not sure how I missed it.
I skipped the chips but the rest was tasty and I enjoyed it.
We gambled a little afterwards.
I was doing horribly and lost $20 lickety split.
My Honey gave me another $20 and I tried a new game that I ended up winning on.
It would just all of a sudden start awarding me stuff and I am not even sure why but I ended up with $60 bucks on the lowest bet so not bad.
I played down to $50 just because I was enjoying it then cashed out thinking I could give My Honey half which would pay him back plus and I would have my $20 bucks back plus.
Then My Honey came over and he had won as well so we put it together and split and both left with $140.00.
Not a bad way to end the casino!
We headed home then and I headed to bed fairly early.
I need to be to the venue in the morning by 7 am to set up for registration and it's about an hours drive away so I'll need to be up early.
Yup - I've witnessed this countless times!
Just an awesome pet costume I saw on Facebook - WOW!
I do this ALL THE TIME, then I feel so horrible later when I realize and need to apologize when I finally respond for real.
