Hi Ho, Hi Ho, It's back to work I go!
Weigh in Day for me.
261.4 lbs
I am headed in the right direction!
Lunch was another salad kit with a chicken breast up on top.
Yum Yum!
These are all the vitamins I take every day.
It really is a pain to open up every bottle each day so I remembered to bring the little plastic container to work with me this afternoon.
There, ready to go for the next 18 days.
I think this is going to be super handy.
Will you just look at that?
Not a bit of snow anywhere - this makes me so happy.
The sun was out in full strength today melting everything in it's path.
Our poor plants didn't fair well from the weather unfortunately.
After work, I changed and headed straight to the treadmill.
It's been such a long time.
I was getting a stitch in my side just from walking.
I walked for 20 minutes then I did incline for 20 minutes.
I upped it every minute until I got to level 10 then back down again.
After that, I just kept making little mini goals.
Like, I'll go until I hit 10 laps, then I'll go until I get 10,00 steps on my fitbit, then till the end of this song etc...
I ended up staying on for an hour and I felt really great about it.
Supper was a great big bowl full of leftovers.
I had cauliflower rice, stir fry and Mexican casserole.
It was a lot and I couldn't finish it.
After supper I ran myself a nice hot bath.
I planned on doing some reading but ended up scrolling through Social Media for an hour.
I did see some neat things though.
Definitely need to check this out.
The one on the top right is similar to what My Honey is making for me.
I just love this look.
Right?
Totally!
I look back now on pictures of me when I thought I was fat and I wonder what the heck I was thinking.
My cousin posted this old picture of my family on my fathers side.
We used to get together a lot but not so much after my Meme passed away.
It's kind of sad really.
I follow a lot of them on social media now so it is nice to keep caught up that way and see what is going on in their lives.
I'm in the front in the pink dress with the long white socks and black shoes (I'm making quite the face).
I learned that they found the body of the second fisherman that was missing so while it is sad news, hopefully it will provide some closure for the family.
It really is a reminder how much things can change in an instant and to always make sure the people you love know it because you just never know what is in store.
My Honey decided to stay with his folks for another night.
I miss him but I totally understand.
He said he booked a Christmas trip for us today but won't reveal all the details until Christmas.
Which is fine with me, I love a good surprise.
It's been awhile since I saw this much green on my Fitbit stats.
Feels good!
That is all for today, until next time, be happy!
