Weight Watchers Tracking Has Begun! (Apr.24, 2020)

I decided that today was the day to start Weight Watchers.

I'd already signed up and weighed in yesterday and today I began tracking my points.

Miss A enjoying one of her favourite social distancing past time - kitty cuddles.

I had picked up a Greek Salad for lunch yesterday but didn't end up eating it so I cooked up a piece of chicken breast to go on it and this was lunch.

My Honey found lots of scrap stakes for me today.

I'm going to make some stars with them and he's going to make some crates.

I love taking something that's destined for the garbage and making it into something beautiful.

She's so fearless when it comes to her hair and she can pull any look off.

This is what happens when Trump wonders about disinfecting people from the inside.

Racked up almost an hour and twenty minutes on the treadmill today.

Yay me.

When My Honey got home from work, we went over to my sons to help him change out an electrical outlet.

Things were pretty chill over there when we arrived.

She was so happy to see My Honey and got him to draw on the chalkboard right away with her.

I got her to sit with me for a bit while the boys worked on changing out the outlet.

Weigh In Wake Up. (April 23, 2020)

I planned on starting Weight Watchers today so I wanted to weigh in first thing.

I normally weigh in a bit higher on the scale at home than I do on the one at work but it's a starting point.

The highest I've ever seen unfortunately but only one way to go now, down.

I had to drive up to the hospital to pick up a sample bottle for mom.

She has a stubborn UTI that just doesn't seem to want to go away.

I heard a fun old tune on the way there.

Our herb garden is well on it's way.

There was one dud but My Honey bought basil seeds and stuck a couple down in the pod so hopefully it will grow.

Chalked up over an hour on the treadmill today.

Woot woot!

I did sign up for Weight Watchers today but I didn't count points.

I kind of already know the plan but it's changed a bit since I last followed.

There are a few different plans to chose from, green, red & blue.

I answered the questions and the plan suggested I follow the green so that is what I'm going to do, starting tomorrow.

I'm excited.

It's worked for me in the past (if I follow the plan) so I know I can work it again.

Alone at the Office Again (Apr. 22, 2020)

My Honey had to go back to work today so it was kind of lonely at 'the office'.

I texted him mid morning to see if anything exciting had happened, if he'd seen any bears.

There have been several grizzly sightings around town the past couple of days.

He didn't see any bears but he saw some wolf tracks.

My Boy posted this picture of he and Baby F.

They look so full of joy - I love it.

Racked up over an hour on the treadmill again today.

Feeling good.

My brother posted a picture of himself today, showing off all his grey.

I think he's just as handsome as ever.

He NEVER posts pictures of himself - he must be really bored.

I'm still considering signing up for Weight Watchers, I keep putting it off but tomorrow I'm going to do it.

So Long Winter, Can't Say I'll Miss You (Apr.21, 2020)

My Honey took me down to the office today at lunch time so I could print a few things off.

Then we stopped to pick up the mail and there happened to be something there for my son so we stopped by there on our way home to drop it off.

It was a good excuse to have a quick visit with Baby F and she was playing with her new magnet board when we came in.

She was so happy to see My Honey and he was just as happy to see her.

he had picked her up some colored chalk so they had to try that out right away.

She started saying grandma (in her little way) and it makes my heart happy!

She was happy to see me too!

Didn't want me touching her nose though.

Blue!

When you ask her what color something is, it's always blue no matter what.

She kind of looks like her Auntie Z in this one.

She wanted to sit in his lap.

But still color though.

We couldn't stay long because I had to get back to work but it was a nice visit.

My Honey cooked up lemon chicken for supper.

The aroma was delightful.

I got some steps in throughout the day today then after work, I went down and walked until I hit 10,000 steps.

Then I had some of the delicious supper that My Honey made for us.

Lemon chicken, salad and chili topping.

It was so good.

The sun was just a shining today and the snow is finally melting.

It's nice to see the grass again.

We had to take advantage of the nice weather so we went for a walk.

I can't believe that just last week the snow was about 2 feet high here.

Winter has finally come to an end I think and I for one am thrilled to see it go.
