Today is Freya's birthday so Kody & Haylee were heading into the city to do a few fun things with her.
Crystal, Zepplyn and Eric & Emily were going along as well.
The first place they took them was a trampoline park so I met them there with Hunter.
I was dropping Hunter off so I could go visit Rob for a bit then I was planning on meeting back up with them later.
Freya loves a trampoline park and it's good because you can kind of just set them loose in there and they can run off all of their energy.
This trampoline park was way over on the south side - check out how busy that carpet that is.

I left Hunter at the trampoline park and headed to University Hospital to see Rob.
His heart stopped a few times and they had to shock him so they decided that he needed a pace maker and they put a temporary one right away.
He's been stable ever since.
They are going to put a permanent one in next week likely after they do a bit more tests.
Otherwise he feels great and they said he's healthy, no clogged arteries or anything else amiss with his heart.
The group had all left the trampoline park and headed to an indoor roller rink so I met them there.
Freya loves roller skating and this will be her first time in a roller rink.
She's pretty excited!
Eden wanted to skate too, she was trying to put on some skates.
She could balance on them better than I could.
They just played music and you skated around.
Freya was awesome right from the get go.
She was doing way better than I was.
It was actually my first time at a roller rink too and I was having a hard time.
I had to hold onto the wall, Hunter and I both.
One of the workers there gave me some pointers and it did help a bit.
It was way harder than I thought it would be.
Eric and Zepplyn were doing not too bad.
Emily was struggling too though.
Freya just whizzing around like nothing.
She's a natural.
Just look at her go.
Hunter ended up falling down really hard on his bottom and hurt himself pretty good so we decided to wrap up the skating.
There was a seating area in the rink so we went and sat there with Kody and Eden and watched the others skate.
My little sweetie.
Everyone stopped and had a break.
Freya opened her presents.

She got lots of good stuff - she was happy.
After skating, we went to the Cheesecake Cafe for supper.
I took a selfie with Hunter just to prove that I was there too.

Before they came to the city today, they stopped by our place and got the gift that Ivy had gotten Freya for her birthday.
It was in a beautiful package.

Freya wanted to ride back to Swan Hills with Hunter and I and she ended up spending the night with us too.
Haylee posted some pictures of Freya today for her birthday and I'd never seen a couple of them before.
It was nice to celebrate Freya today - she still has another party coming up with all of her friends so she still has that to look forward to.
I can't believe she is 7 already.
7 years of loving her has flown right by - I can't imagine life without her - she is sweet and kind and funny and creative and cuddly and just so many other things.
She just brings absolute joy to my life - I'm so grateful for her.
