Weigh In Day.
I was 229.4 lbs today.
That's down 2.6 lbs since last week.
I really need to get some momentum going so I can get moving in the right direction.
I found a new book to listen to, Home Front by Kristin Hannah.
I've just started it but so far, so good.

Jason took the girls to the park to play.

She wants to go to the swing.
They installed a new one at the park in town.
I can't really tell if she likes it or not.
I think she does.
Freya can climb up on top of the play park structures now and she is super proud of that.
Back at the house we watched some shows on tv before bed.
They had another sleep over because Mom and Dad were both working.
