The kids were back to school today in Sparwood and Mel posted pictures.

Alivia - I think the purple hair looks great on her.
Jason and I were up and out for our run/walks again this morning.
Then it was back to the hotel to clean up and pack up.
We are heading home today but not until later tonight so we just loaded our luggage into the car after we checked out.
We found a breakfast spot, the Omelet House.
Looks like it's been around for awhile.
The decor is old but Jason and I like these kind of places.

They had pumpkin bread so of course I had to try it and it was delicious.
We just had eggs and bacon, it was good.
I was backing out of a spot - I actually stopped to let a car by then another car back up and hit us.
The guy got out and offered to pay for the damage and stuff but we are taking the car back today so not really time for that.
So we went and got some rags and some goo be gone stuff and Jason put a little elbow grease into rubbing at the scuffs and they did come off so that was good.
Jason had a look at it and he said it mostly just looks like a scrape and he thinks he can get it cleaned up.
We stopped at Freddy's for a frozen custard - they are very good.
Then we just spent the day shopping around until it was time to head to the airport.
Our flight left at 8 pm - It was a smooth flight and we landed in Edmonton right on time.
We had to get our car then drive the 3 hours back to Swan Hills so it was around 3 am when we got home.
We just took the luggage in and headed straight to bed - we both have to work in the morning.
It's going to be tough getting up but it was all worth it.
