It was another super busy day at the office.
It sure makes the days fly by.
Jason and I went for a walk on my lunch hour - fall weather is definitely here.
I had to wear mittens and would have liked a hat to cover my ears.
I did have the mittens off by the end of the walk but I had to start out with them.
After work I got the new blinds put up in my bedroom.
I had to go with two 30's because I couldn't find a 60 - I'm not crazy about the gap in the middle but it will do for now.
Now I need to get some new curtains for my room.
I might go with shorter ones - I haven't decided yet.
Kody had picked the girls up earlier today to go to Whitecourt but then when they got home, Freya came back over for a visit.
I was working on my blog all evening but she and Jason were crafting.
They each made an octopus - this is Freya's.

Then they both drew fairies.

They stayed busy doing that all evening then around 8:30 Jason took her home as she has school tomorrow.
She wanted to spend the night but Jason and I both have to work in the morning.
I started a new book today, The Very Secret Society of Irregular Witches.
I'm just at the very beginning but I'm really liking it.
Saving for when I'm looking for a new book recommendation.
