Our Warehouse guy, Stephen, is going to be leaving us this week, Thursday is his last day.
So we had a farewell bbq for him at the office today.
Karl was kind enough to do all the cooking.
I was busy in a meeting that went super long so I couldn't help but Bonnie and Shennelle did a great job of getting everything set up.
The man of the hour, Stephen.
His wife came and joined us for lunch and his son and daughter came a little later as well.
John and Floyd.
Full house - we had even more people show up and we kind of played revolving chairs a bit.
When one person finished they'd get up so the next person could sit down.
Stephen is well liked.
Cutting the cake!
We are sure going to miss him around here!
Jason had a visitor today.
I watched Karen Puzzles (a You-Tuber) that I like and it got me in the mood for puzzling so I found this 300 piece one that I figured I'd be able to knock out pretty quickly.
It was a busy picture but I really enjoy ones like this.
Jason and Freya went for a bike ride
So Eden and I went for a walk looking for them.
She just wanted to keep going to the road so we cut it short and went back to the house.
She had a bubba and sat with Jason's Halloween character he is going to make this year.
She did NOT want to take her shoes off.
When Freya and Jason got back, she wanted to 'make' something.
She mixed up some ingredients for a cake and I had a little pan so we put it in the oven to see what we would get.
It turned out good - looked like a cake.
She wanted to ice it with icing from a bag - I had some icing so we put it in a baggie for her cut the corner.
It was a little thick but she made it work.
We all tried a slice and it tasted pretty good actually.
She wanted to spend the night and Jason is off so we let her.
Right after Dad left and before we went to bed, her tooth fell out.
There it is, such a tiny little thing.
Guess the tooth fairy is coming tonight.
That is all for today, until next time, be happy!
