I was 231.4 lbs
That's down 5 lbs from last week so that feels good.
When I got off of work, Jason and I took the kids to the store for a walk them we made pit stop at the skate park.
Freya wanted to test out her new scooter that Papa got her for her birthday.

My boy - I'm so glad he came.
I haven't seen much of Alivia, she's been out with her friends but that's to be expected seeing as she is a teenager.
