Well it was a nice weekend away but it was back to the grind today.
I did a weight training session on my lunch hour.
I think I'm finding a change already so I'm glad I finally got started - I've been wanting to for so long now.
A relative posted this picture of my Great Aunt Rosalyn - we called her Aunt Rosie.
I have fond memories of visiting her as a child and her giving us little gifts and knitted slippers.
