It was another grey dreary day out there.
It was only a slight drizzle though so I decided to go out for a walk.
Looks like they finally came and cleaned up the house that blew up last November.
They filled the whole thing in - looks way better than it did before.
I didn't end up doing any running because Jason called and I talked to him for the whole walk.
Crystal and Zepplyn drove by just as I was finishing up and stopped to say they were heading to pick up Freya then going to Whitecourt to watch a movie and they invited me along.
The movie playing was the live action version of How to Train Your Dragon.
We got some popcorn and got settled in for the show.
Freya wasn't that interested at first until Hiccup and Toothless started becoming friends.
Then when the Vikings captured Toothless she got so upset and started crying, she was so afraid something bad was going to happen to him.
Then when he went underwater she got so distressed but then in the end when all turned out and the Vikings and dragons were friends she asked if we could go to that place!
We went and did some shopping at Walmart for a few things.
Freya wanted me to get an outfit.
That used to mean pants and a top but today that morphed into shorts, a top, a hoodie, socks and a hat.
We picked up an outfit for Eden too just so she wouldn't be left out.
Party in the park was going on there at Rotary Park so we met Crystal and Zepplyn there.
They had all kinds of bouncy houses.
There were food trucks too and a big stage with bands performing - the music was good.
Luckily it wasn't raining here.
Freya wanted to play at the playground.

The sun was starting to come out and it was turning into a nice evening.

She was showing me everything she could do and wanted me to record it all.
We met up with Crystal who was waiting in line for a balloon animal.
I chatted with her while the girls played - she barely made any progress in the line at all.
The had face painters there but the line up for them was hours long too so I promised Freya when we went home that I would paint her face and she could paint mine.
We headed home right around 7 pm.
Jason got home just as we got there and then Kody brought Eden over so she could hang out with us for a bit.
Freya wanted to paint my face right away with my acrylic paints so I let her.

Eden was very interested so I let Freya put a dot on her nose.
I asked for a butterfly - I think she gave me the ghost.
Luckily it wasn't that hard to clean off.
Eden loved her little dot on her nose.
This is the outfit we picked out for her today.

Freya stayed the night with us.
