Both girls slept with us again so I didn't get a great sleep.
I got up when Jason left for work, made myself a coffee and sat out on the deck to enjoy it.
And enjoy it I did, what a way to start a morning.
So peaceful and beautiful.
When the girls woke up they were missing Jason so they called him and had a video chat with him.
Eden is very much a Papa's girl and he is so good at playing with the girls - I wish he was off and could be here to hang out with them.

They have such a sweet relationship, it makes my heart so happy.
Mom and I took the girls out for a walk and Eden caught a ride on Mom's walker.
It was a main road but it wasn't very busy so that was good.
When Freya got tired, she joined Eden on the walker and Mom pushed them both.
Maybe a beach that we could check out.
The girls were enjoying the ride.
I think pushing them both was hard for mom but she did it.
Back at the house, the girls ventured into the water again.
This is about as far as they made it in.
They played in the sand on the beach which mom had gone down and raked up again this morning.
Mom would go down and sit by the lake - I think she enjoyed the peacefulness and the views.

Rob came back out for a visit and Kody and Haylee came too and stayed for a couple hours then they took the girls back to Whitecourt with them.
The fire is still burning at home - it hasn't turned towards town but it north of town, heading east kind of parallel to town.
As long as it doesn't turn south town will be good.
I used to have a couple dolls like this when I was young and I loved them.
One of them even had a green dress just like this one.
I found a couple book lists of best books ever.
I've read a few of the above already and enjoyed them so I figured there is a good chance I would like the rest.
This was a list of books readers wish they could read again for the first time and I've read a few of these as well but once I'm finished with the A Court of Thorns and Roses series, I'll be looking for a new book to read and I like to have recommendations.
With no kiddos it was a quiet evening.
It's nearly an hour and a half drive home from work for Jason so it's late when he gets home.
We pretty much eat, he packs his lunch and we have a little time together before he's back to bed again.
I stayed up working on a puzzle after he went to bed and I did a thing.
I totally forgot about my steps and just missed my 12,000 goal but when I noticed it was already after midnight and there was nothing I could do.
Bummer - I almost made it 5 months without missing a single day.
And I was so close too - it would have taken nothing to get it had I been paying attention.
