Jason was back to work today and I was working too so the kids were home with Mom for the day.
I had a quick run on the treadmill on my lunch hour, just 20 minutes.
I had an appointment in Whitecourt in the afternoon for a Pap Smear so I wanted to get a quick shower in before I headed there.
I saw a new nurse I've never been to before - I booked it through AHS and I specified that I preferred a woman.
She was good - we went over all of my history then the procedure itself was super quick - just the way I like it.
Before I headed back home, I stopped and picked up a few things including a pork tenderloin so Jason can grind it up and make meatballs for me.
Hunter was out for a playdate with his friend and Alivia was at a friends as well so it was a pretty quiet evening.
Kody did call and ask if I could run some cheese over to Haylee so I did go to the store for her,
I had to check and make sure it was the right kind of cheese.
Hunter and his little buddy, Leland, came over to my place for a bit and before he went home, I took them down for an ice cream - got to keep the routine going.
