I drove mom over to her hair appointment on my lunch hour.
She sent me another picture of the hair style she wants.
Since I had to drive Mom to her appointment, I didn't have as much time for my workout so I only had time to do 20 minutes on the treadmill on my lunch.
At least I got some of my steps out of the way.
I've been listening to this book and I just finished it today.
I really liked it - it was a good story.
Jason went over and picked Eden up and brought her to our place for a visit this afternoon.

When I got home, Jason offered to dye my hair for me.
It has grown out a lot.
I went much darker and so he had to do the whole thing.
It took 3 boxes of dye.
I washed it out and I like how it turned out but I forgot to take a picture of the finished product.
Jason made me this dessert concoction he invented.
It's a rice cake with light cream cheese and mashed sweet potato with sweetener and cinnamon.
It was very delicious and very low in points.
