I've been doing well at staying on plan with my food and getting workouts and my 12,000 daily steps in and I feel good about it.
On my lunch hour I hopped on the treadmill and did some running.
Worked up a bit of a sweat.
After work I had this cool little chickie over for a visit.
When Freya was little she went through a stage of loving sunglasses and I thing Eden is now going through the same phase.
She's such a funny little character and she loves looking at herself in the camera.
