When I got up this morning, the first thing on my mind was puzzles,
I picked this one up at the second hand store in Westlock over the weekend for .50 cents.
I got three of them - I was looking for ones that were less than 1000 pieces and this was 500 so I could do it all in one sitting but it wouldn't consume a whole day.
In the afternoon I hopped on the treadmill - I wanted to run at least 5k - I did that and a little more.
I got some new leggings and a couple new workout tops on the weekend so that helped motivate me to want to get the workout done.
Whatever works right?
I feel like I'm finally making some progress and before long, I'll be down in Onederland again.
It's such hard work but I feel good.
It was a quiet day - I thought we'd see the girls but we didn't hear from them.
I was very careful about my food options today and tracked everything since I did go a little overboard on the weekend with some of my choices.
Everything in moderation though - if I deny myself all good things always it just feels way too hard and not worth it.
So I think it's good to have a treat sometimes.
