Family Day (Feb.17, 2025)

It might be a holiday today but it's also Monday so still weigh in day.

I was 223.4 lbs

 

That's down 1.6 lbs.

I've been following WW and tracking and I'm moving in the right direction.

Go me!

I got on the treadmill early to get it out of the way for the day.

I did both running and walking today - I feel like I'm making progress.

We took Freya home because they had some plans today and Eden was dressed and ready to go.

They met Zepplyn and Crystal at Swan Palace for some breakfast.

(Jason and I skipped  out because we'd already eaten and we are both trying to make healthier options)

Then they all went to Whitecourt - the girls were going for manicures and then they were going to go swimming.

They invited us to come along - I skipped the manicure too.

I would have gotten a pedicure if I hadn't just gotten one a couple days ago.

Freya got a manicure - Jason tried to convince her to leave the nails like this - she wouldn't go for it.

She's growing up so fast.

The finished product - they look cute.

She's happy with them.

Zepplyn got hers done too.

Just waiting for Haylee and Crystal to finish up.

Jason and I did go for a little walk around the block so I could get the few more steps that I needed and it was windy and the wind was bitterly cold so it was a super short walk.

We all went out for dinner afterwards to Soban which has sushi and stuff.

Eden had this little purple velour set on and it looked stinking cute on her.

Crystal got it for her.

She was all over the place - did not want to sit still.

She's always such a happy girl.

After supper we headed over to the Allan Jean Millar center to go swimming.

Jason and I decided we didn't want to swim so we headed on home and had a chill evening watching so Dateline - we've been addicted to it again lately.

I found out later from Kody that they didn't even end up going swimming as the pool ended up being closed so they all just ended up going home as well.
