Work was the usual today - nothing wrong with that.
Normal is good.
My Honey took a walk down to the store and texted me to see which salad I would like him to pick up for lunch.
We had the Sante Fe one with leftover flank steak and chimichurri on the side.
Pretty darn good lunch.
Right after work, My Honey and I headed to Whitecourt to pick up a few things.
It took us a couple hours to run around and get what we needed then we stopped at the casino.
We decided not to eat there because I didn't want to get home too late.
We each tried our luck with $20 but lady luck wasn't on our side tonight.
We left there around 9 and hit the road for home.
I was looking at Facebook on the way home and someone had this posted.
It brought memories rushing back of times spent with my family back in PEI, this song was a family favorite and we listened and sang it many, many times.
I sure do love old country music.
Didn't get to see my Sweetie Pie today but her mama posted a new picture of her so that was a great consolation.
She had such big, beautiful eyes.
I'm glad she didn't get my squinty ones.
