It was just a regular day at work today, same old same old.
Which isn't that bad really.
I worked through my lunch hour so I didn't get out for a walk today.
I want to get back to going for walks or runs on my lunch hour.
The girls were over this evening.
Eden wanted to make smoothies so Jason got her to put the berries in the blender.
Blending it up.
The smoothie was a nice treat.
I was working on my blog while Jason made smoothies with Eden and Freya was playing with Theia.
It was just a nice, chill day.
Did not reach my step goal.
