Today was weigh in day.
I was 242.8 lbs
That's exactly the same as last week so I guess technically I'm down seeing as I have the cast on.
Not sure how much the cast weighs but at least a pound or so anyway.
Jason drove me to work, i probably can manage to drive with one hand but I haven't tried yet.
Maybe I'll give it a try tonight.
Shennelle gave me a drive home at lunch time and I went on the treadmill and walked a bit.
Then she picked me up and took me back to work.
Jason picked me up after work and I went back on the treadmill to get the rest of my steps in.
God I'm looking so big and old.
Even if I can't really run at the moment, I can still work on my weight and I plan to.
Not much I can do about my hair until I get the cast off.
I spent the evening watching Everwood and working on my blog.
One handed typing (really more like one finger typing), has really slowed me down.
Jason cooked up steak and I had steak salad for supper.
Met my step goal for the day.
