It's our last morning - I'm sure going to miss this sunshine.
Last morning of mountain views with our coffee.
Also of watching all of the little bunnies and birds and other wildlife.
One last look at our room that's been so good to us.
There's lots of space, the bed has been comfortable.
We've liked it.
The desk was too little to work at but it was a good space for keeping things.
All packed up and ready to go.
The sunshine and mountains and the warmth will be missed.
We dropped our car off at the car rental return then headed to the airport.
My luggage was slightly over weight so I had to do some moving things around between my and Jason's suitcases to get mine under 50 but I did it.
Mine weighed in at 55 lbs and Jason's was 45lbs so it was perfect.
It didn't take long to get through security.
Palm Springs is a really neat airport, it has open air once you get inside.
It's very nice.
We found a spot to get some breakfast.
There was outdoor seating at the airport but the restaurant was inside.
Breakfast was just ok.
We found a seat near our gate and waited to board.
Made it back to the land of ice and snow.
Jason headed home but I had to head to Calgary, I have meetings there this week.
When Jason got to the house, he found this bath bomb making kit on the bench - we have no idea where it came from.
The drive to Calgary was pretty good, it did get a little snowy the closer I got but I got there safey.
I needed some steps so I went down and hopped on the treadmill for an hour to get my steps in.
My fitbit didn't pick it up so I had to add it in manually.
Got my steps in, way to go me!
I worked on my blog for a little bit before bed.
Got all of my steps in.
