One of the guys at work brought in a fund raiser from his son's school and they are doing these planters.
I ordered a couple of these, I think they are so pretty.
I can't wait for spring to get here.
It's been raining for a couple days now so a lot of the snow is melting (there is still a lot left though).
I can wait for it all to be gone, especially because everything is an ice rink right now.
I had meetings all morning so it felt like I didn't get much accomplished.
I also had to do some errands on my lunch hour so I had very little time on the treadmill.
I still wanted to get some of my steps out of the way before tonight so I did walk for a bit on my lunch hour.
I didn't run again today but I have no errands tomorrow, I'm going to go straight home at lunch and run for at least 20 minutes.
I just have to do it.
I had another super long meeting this afternoon - 2 hours!!
It made my day fly right by all of those meetings but I also feel that I didn't get much accomplished.
I have more meetings again tomorrow and Friday.
This week was just full of them.
I picked Freya up at 4 to take her to dance.
Then I picked up Eden and dropped Haylee off at work at 4:30.
We went to the store and kind of just drove around listening to music until it was time to pick Freya back up at 5.
This song randomly came on called Fishy Got That Drip and the girls loved it.
Freya says it is her new favorite song.
They even did a dance to it.
Jason made Freya a Welcome Home cheesecake.
She got to it and ate some of the raspberries before we could get a picture.
Jason got to spend lots of time with the girls tonight - I had to curl.
It was the final game of the season.
We lost really badly and gave up after the 5th end.
When I got back home, Freya was wanting to smash the pinata that Jason made her so he let her.
So long gnome.
Of course Eden wanted to do hers as well.
It took her a little longer and she needed some help but overall I think the girls enjoyed themselves.
Smashing the bunny.
Kody came to pick them up just as we were finishing up.
The school roof had some damage done to it in a windstorm that happened while we were away in Palm Springs so the school has been closed while it gets fixed.
These are just pictures that were posted of some of the damage.
It was mostly over the pool and the gym but they need to check the rest of the roof once they get up there just to make sure that's all the damage there was.
They've started fixing it but in the meantime, the kids needed a place to go for school.
So this week they started up classes in some other places in town like the community center, curling club and 50+ club.
They also changed up the hours so some kids go in earlier and finish earlier then other kids come in for later in the day.
Freya's class is in the earlier group so she has to be to school for 7 am.
It's going to be tough, the girls both like their sleep.
I got my hormone replacements in the mail today so tonight will be my first time to take the Progesterone.
The nurse said that it should start helping me to sleep right away - I sure hope so.
She said the affects from the Estrogen and the Testosterone may take a bit longer for me to notice, maybe a few weeks.
Here's hoping.
Got all of my steps in today (just).
That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
