I'm going to be heading home today after lunch so before I headed over to the office this morning, I packed up the rest of my luggage and moved it to my car.
I had wanted to get up early to get on the treadmill but I didn't sleep that well last night, some extra sleep this morning seemed like a better option when I woke up.
We did get some snow last night, it was a slippery walk over to the office.
I worked mainly on my own this morning, we did have one meeting together for about an hour.
Then at noon, I had my follow up appointment with the nurse from Ellithia to go over the results of all of the bloodwork I had done in December.
My Estrogen and Progesterone levels both came back as 0, my body is no longer producing any at all.
My Testosterone levels are really low as well.
So she recommended that I start taking all three, just a low dose to start.
She said it might take a few weeks before I notice any change, except for the Progesterone, that one is supposed to help me sleep and it should start working right away!
Amen to that.
I got on the road around 1 pm and it was a mess.
I got stuck in traffic at two accidents, this was the second one, it's hard to tell but this is a big tractor trailer.
They always drive so fast on this highway.
I also saw about 15 cars that had went off the road and into the ditch at some point, they had yellow tape around them and were abandoned (likely just waiting to be towed).
So it was a white knuckle kind of drive most of the way.
I thought I might go spend the night at my sister's if it got too bad but it cleared up when I hit Stoney Plain and it stayed nice and clear until probably about 30 minutes from home.
I got home right around 8 pm.
Eden was there snuggled up on the couch with Jason.
She was happy to see me (I was happy to see her too of course).
I sat on the couch beside her and asked if I could have a hug and a kiss and she said emphatically NO!
What a little turd she is.
I picked her up a gift on my way home today so she was closing her eyes while Papa got her 'prize'.
