Monday and that means weigh in day.
I was 227 lbs.
That's actually down from last weigh in but overall, I'm not doing so hot this year.
I haven't really been careful with what I'm eating so not surprising.
I did hop on the treadmill briefly at lunch but I got home late then I had to be back early for a meeting so 20 minutes was all I had time for.

Haylee is in the market for a car - she found this one that she is looking at and a few others.
She is doing deliveries for a pizza place in town and needs a car to do it so Jason and I are considering helping her out.
Just wish I knew more about cars and what is a good deal and what isn't.
She was doing deliveries tonight so I had the girls all evening.
Freya was on my phone pretty much the whole time so I didn't get any pictures.
Kody picked the girls up when he got off of work and that was the evening.
