It's weigh in day.
I was 223.6 lbs.
That's down 6.4 lbs.
I was happy with that.
I went out for a walk in the morning.
Then I hopped on the treadmill on my lunch hour and ran 5k.
I was a sweaty mess but it felt so good.
After work I did a puzzle.
It was harder than I thought and took me a few hours.
I like saving these book recommendations for when I'm looking for a new book.
There were a few listed on here that I read and enjoyed so I figured there would be a good chance I would like others on the list.
