Puzzle, Barrhead Pool, Baseball Movie Night (July 11, 2025)

We had a great sleep in this morning Freya and I.

Thoroughly needed it and enjoyed it.

When she got up, she prepared treats for the kitties, they each got their own coffee much full of water.

Then she wanted breakfast served to her in her snackle box.
I was happy to oblige.

I should have worked on my blog but instead I decided to do a puzzle.

Haylee had gone to her Grandma's in Barrhead and they were going swimming so Freya and I went and met them there.

They have a shallow kiddie section that Eden was playing around in.

She was loving it.

Loving the water.

There are lots of toys available there for the kiddos to play with.

Meanwhile, Freya wanted to go in the deep pool that is much colder.

She has to have an adult with her so I had a turn then Rita went in with her for a bit too.

Zepplyn had a little friend there and they were getting a kick out of Eden and her cute little antics.

She does goofy little things to get a laugh and it's so cute.

Playing with Mom and sissy.

When Crystal got off of work, we all headed into the city - we were going to a movie tonight.
We stopped and had some supper.

OMG - I love her big smile.

Freya & Eden - my beautiful grand-daughters.
I am so blessed.

They were playing a movie on the big screen in a baseball field downtown.
You just bring a blanket or a lawn chair, get set up somewhere on the field and watch the show.

She was a little grumpy because she wanted to play with Zepplyn but Zepplyn didn't want to play with her.

There were a lot of people there and it was a gorgeous night for it.

One of the rare moments when Eden was sitting.
Mostly she was running around charming the people around us and just generally keeping us on our toes chasing her.

Freya, Haylee and Eden.

Chasing Eden around.

She thought it was great to have us follow her around everywhere.

And she made her way around the field.

This little dress used to be Freya's - it looks so cute on both of them.

Freya looked really cute in the dress she was wearing too.

She had to touch everything.

And there was a lot to touch.

She was a very busy girl.

Running away from us.

We got her.

We managed to get her to lay down for a bit to watch at least some of the show.
They played the movie Sandlot which was neat.

They do this every couple of Fridays in the summer - and they always choose a baseball themed movie.
It was fun and I'd like to go again.

Rita had lent us a couple of lawn chairs to use and at one point, when I sat on one, it ripped and I fell right through.

I couldn't get out either, I was laughing so much that Haylee had to help me.
That was embarrassing.

After the movie, we headed to our hotel room.
We all stayed at the same hotel - we did take the girls down to the pool for the second swim of the day before calling it a night.

That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
