The girls spent the night with us last night.
They were snuggled together again when I got up in the morning for coffee.
It wasn't long before they woke up though.
We had a chill morning just watching some You Tube videos.
Then we got into the 'make-up'
Freya is a little make-up artist and a budding film director all rolled into one.
She drew her designs on with eye liner.
Eden was so patient and just let her do her thing.
Another make up creation a la Freya.
The unibrow cracks me up.
Eden was cracking up at herself too.
Then things kept progressing and got a little out of hand honestly.
I decided to take the girls to Whitecourt to go swimming at the Allen Jean Millar Center.
They were playing around in the lockers afterwards.
They could both fit right in them.
She thought it was a lot of fun - they both did.
There is an indoor playground in the center so we stopped to play there for a bit.
Going down the slide.
Having a rest in between all the playing.
She's getting so brave and climbing up things on her own.
And Freya's climbing on top of everything too.
It's just a tiny little park but she was enjoying it.
She climbed up onto the duck all on her own.
She's a quick climber.
I treated myself to an iced oat matcha latte with lavender foam from Starbucks and Freya insisted on having one of each flavor of cake pop.
It's kind of a thing lately.
I took the girls to MacDonalds for supper then we headed back to Swan.
We basically hung out and waited for Jason to get home from work - they love handing out with them and he is always so good with them.
When he got home, he played with them right until bed time - the girls both spent the night again.
