I've been doing really well at getting my 5k runs in on the treadmill but I want to get back to doing it outside again so I gave it go on my lunch hour today.
I was so proud of myself for getting it done even though I did have to walk a couple times.
I actually ended up going 6.5k all together.

Jason had the girls at the park so I stopped by to see them on my way back to work after my run.
Then I had everyone who was available come over for supper and we had a rousing game of Drawful.
Morgan, Kalem & Whitney came over.
The house was a bit of a disaster but we had fun.
I got Rob to take a selfie so that there would be a record of him being there.

Here we are again.
Hopefully this girls will grow up to be great friends.
Meanwhile, Adrien and Hunter went hiking near Cranbrook.
It's nice to see them getting out and enjoying the beautiful place they live in.
