I woke up really early this morning, like 5:30 am.
I couldn't fall back to sleep so I got up and made a coffee.
I was going to watch the new Bridgerton series or the new Downton Abbey movie but when I opened Netflix, one of the suggestions for things to watch was Everwood.
Shennelle has been watching it and was talking about how good it was so I thought I'd give it shot and watch an episode.
I really liked it a lot.
It came out in 2005 and there are 4 seasons so I will be watching it for the next while.
I checked the paint in the kitchen, I wanted to make sure that I didn't need to put on another coat before I pulled the tape off but it looked good so I took all the tape off.
Nadine called and needed some help with a Cricut project she is working on so Freya and I walked over there to help out.
Back at the house, Jason hung out with the girls and I hopped on the treadmill to get the rest of the steps in that I needed for the day.
I didn't feel like running so I didn't - but I will need to try to get some running in next week.
I want to make my way back to being able to run 5k's consistently.
Didn't really break into much of a sweat today but still felt good anyway to reach my step goal.
Jason got his pizza oven ready for pizza cooking today.
I love pizza so much - I know it will likely affect my weigh in tomorrow but that's ok.
It's very thin crust with very few toppings so it's not horrible.
He made several, he made a couple with just cheese.
A couple with pepperoni.
Then the last one he added green olives to.
The green olives are so good on pizza.
Kody came to pick the girls up after supper, they wanted to have ice creams before they left.
So yummy.
She thought it was funny to have the ice cream all over her lips.
Ready to go home.
I didn't get to either my craft room or Jason's office this weekend but having the girls was worth it.
I'd pick spending time with them over anything else.
I'll get to it this week during the evenings.
We watched the first episode of The Christine Jessop Story tonight.
It was very disturbing and even though I watch Dateline a lot, some of the stories just kind of stick with me and this is one of them.
I don't know if I want to watch the rest of it.
So I went online and read up on the story to see if they caught the killer.
It is so hard to believe that someone could do something so horrific to another human being, especially one so small and helpless.
I was thinking about it still when I went to bed so it was hard to fall asleep but eventually I did.
Got all of my steps in for the day.
That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
