Bad Day at School (Feb.24, 2026)

 I ended up driving Freya to school this morning before heading to work myself.

Then at lunch time, Haylee called me and said that Freya ripped her pants in gym so could I take her another pair.

So I ran her over a pair before going back home and hopping on the treadmill.

My knee wasn't hurting anymore but I decided to take it easy just in case.

So I did a 2 and 1 run, I ran for 2 minutes, walked for 1 and repeated until I got 30 minutes in.

I would have liked to do a bit longer but I used up some time going to the school so that's all I had time for.

It didn't irritate my knee so that's good.

Maybe tomorrow I'll try a straight run again.

I'd really like to make it to doing 5k's regularly again.

Haylee had to work again and Kody was already at work so I picked the kids up at 5:30 and they came over.

Freya said she had a bad day at school because she was playing with her friends at recess and one of them told her she couldn't do something she did but the little friend had just done it herself.

So Freya was upset that she changed the rules of the game after they had already been playing and now she is not friends with her anymore!

I worked on cleaning the house a bit and doing some laundry - again no craft room.

I'll get to it one of these days.

Eden stuck to Papa's side as usual.

Kody came to pick the girls up and he and Freya played her Roblox game together for a bit before he took the girls home.

Got all of my steps in again.
