Snowmagedon and Summer Trip Booked (Feb.25, 2026)

We have gotten a sh*t ton of snow yesterday and today.

When I went home at lunch time, I had to try to pull into the driveway a couple times before I could get in then when I did, I couldn't even open the door because there was so much snow.

So I ended up parking on the street.

I did have to shovel our walkway and steps just to get into the house.

 

So by the time I hopped onto the treadmill, I didn't really feel like running anymore.

I started off walking but then I kind of did do some random running too, mostly a 1 and 1 so I felt good about that.

I had a massage with Crystal after work - I love massage day!!!

Then when I got home, Kody brought the girls over because they wanted to come for a visit.

Jason was cooking and doing dishes and Eden was playing in the water so she got soaked and immediately discarded all of her clothes.

Both of these girls would be little nudists if we let them I swear.

We had some apples to use up before we head out on vacation so Jason cooked them up with some brown sugar splenda.

We had them for desert with whipped cream and granola.

Very yummy.

I saw this bedroom online today and just thought it was so dream.

I would love to have a space where I could build something like this for the girls - or even for myself!

WestJet has a seat sale going on and we want to take the girls to PEI this summer so when Kody came over to pick them up, I discussed with him and with Jason then went ahead and booked a trip for us.

Kody booked he and Haylee as well.

So now we have another trip to look forward to - I'm excited to be taking the girls along, I think it will be a fun experience for them.

 I realized I was about 600 steps short when I was heading to be so I had to do some walking around the house to get them in but I did it.
