Back to Working Out (Feb.3, 2026)

Tuesday is meeting day.

 

On my lunch hour, I hopped on the treadmill.

I did a 10 and 1 run today, I ran for 10 minutes, walked for 1 minute and then repeated it 2 more times.


I didn't think I was going to be able to do it but after the first 10 minutes the next ones were easier.
It felt great.

Then after work, I hopped back on the treadmill again to get the rest of my steps.
I only walked this time.

It feels great to be back to working out again.
I have been slacking on the tracking though - I really need to make an effort to do that.

I cleaned out one of the cupboards in our hutch - I had wanted to start in on the craft room but didn't really feel up to it so skipped it.

I was really tired for some reason and by 8 pm I was falling asleep on the couch so I just decided to call it a night and go to bed early.
Amazingly, I fell right to sleep too.

Reached my step goal again.
