Jason and I were up super early and headed into the city.
We are meeting Haylee, Crystal and the girls in there later and we are all going to do the Terry Fox run tomorrow.
Looks like fall is here, the leaves are all turning color.
Some of the trees are almost bare already.
When we got to the city, Jason went for a run and I tried to run but my foot was hurting so I just went for a nice long walk.
Then I did a bit of shopping, looking for my purse - still no look.
We went to the St Albert Farmers Market.
It was raining a bit so I used my shopping bag as a hat.
I got A LOT of compliments on it.
Then the rain stopped and it turned into a really nice day.
The trees are all in their fall glory here too.
We spent most of the day running around to different stores picking up stuff I needed.
I went to Value Village and Goodwill and got blankets to make pillows.
I got pillows at Walmart to use for stuffing.
We got a bunch of other things we needed as well - it was a full day of shopping.
We treated ourselves to some Crumble cookies - these were the options today.
There was a banoffee, a peanut butter, oreo, skor cookie bits - the chocolate chip was my favorite.
Then we ordered a couple of pizzas from Pizza Garage, picked them up and took them back to the hotel with us.
We got one with green olives on it and we really liked it.
We also got a meat one as well.
They make great pizzas.
Crystal, Haylee and the girls met us at the hotel - they are staying in the room with us.
The girls wanted to go swimming so we took them down for a bit before the pool closed.

It was an interesting shape of a pool and we had the whole place to ourselves which was great.
There was a hot tub too, that's where I mainly hung out!
That's all for today, until next time, be happy!
