Weigh In Day and Peace River Trip (Aug.26, 2024)

Monday means weigh in day.

I was 214.2 lbs.

That's down a little since last week so that's good.

I did a weight training workout on my lunch hour - working on those muscles.

After work, I had Freya and Eden over for a short visit.

We video chatted with Jason briefly and of course Freya was trying out some of the filters.

The sunglasses suit Eden don't they, ha ha.

After they left, I packed up and hit the road for Peace River.

The WCSS spill exercise is happening there tomorrow and I need to be there for 7 am and it's about a 3 hour drive from here.

After I checked in to my room, I called Jason, he had Freya over and she got out the filters again.

She looked so funny I had to take some screenshots of it.

When Jason took her home she stood in the window and watched him until drive away until she couldn't see him anymore.

Kody and Haylee went to the Metallica concert in the city on the weekend and took this picture of themselves.

They said it was a great concert and they had a great time.

Somebody is 3 months old.....Whitney!

You can see her little personality beginning to show through.

Isn't she the cutest - look at the smile on her.

They even got her laughing a bit!
