It was kind of a drizzly day out there today.
Seems like it's often the weather we get for May long weekend.
The girls came over first thing this morning when they woke up and Jason took them all down to the park.

I decided to head to the city to do a bit of shopping and spend the night with my sister.
I saw the same bear we saw yesterday in kind of the same area just on the opposite side of the road this time.
I saw some cute pictures I thought would be nice in the bathroom at Homesense.
Meerkats.
The penguins are cute.
I didn't end up getting any.
I did get some puzzles at the second hand store.
Then I was looking around for a splint - I wanted one with a metal insert on both sides or at least that had full support but I could only find ones with medium support - either a metal insert just on one side or none at all.
The splint the doctor put on me is big and bulky and uncomfortable.
I want something easier to take on and off.
I ordered one on Amazon but it will be a week before it gets here.
Jen ended up actually having one at her place that she lent me.
When I took the splint off that the doctor made my hand looked so funny - Jen just laughed and laughed.
The splint felt so much better.
I'm going to borrow hers until mine gets in.

He made a little moss covered house too.
Tricia, Jen and I put together a 1000 piece puzzle at Jen's tonight.
It was an image of a bunch of teacups - I enjoyed it.
Missed my step goal again.
