It was braids all around this morning.
I am heading to Calgary for the week so Crystal re-braided my hair for me.
Then Freya wanted hers done too.
Eden wanted hers done too until about a minute into Crystal doing it - then she bailed.
We cleaned up at Jen's then went to Socrates for breakfast/lunch.

She wanted the pancakes with Nutella, strawberries and bananas.
This was the half order if you can believe it!
I just got eggs, bacon and hash browns.
Freya ate all my eggs!
Jason got the chicken and waffles.
Then we shared some pancakes with lemon and blueberries.
We gave the girls the option of going swimming or to the trampoline park again - they chose the trampoline park.

She downed that water in one gulp!
It was getting late so we wrangled up the girls.
They were all heading back to Swan Hills together and I was off to Calgary.
I have training there all this week for the new payroll system coming.
I stopped halfway there in Gasoline Alley and got a sub at Firehouse.
I took it to go because I just wanted to get there.
I listened to The Unselected Journals of Emma M Lion the whole way - I quite enjoy all the characters and the narrator is fantastic - I love her voice.
I got checked in to my hotel room, I always stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott - it's a very nice hotel.
It has pretty much a full kitchen.
And a living room area too.
I unpacked, ate my sub and then hit the hay!
Just squeaked by my goal with my step count.
