Alivia was in a dance competition here in Edmonton this weekend so Jen and I went to watch.
She had herb group hip hop number at 9:45 am then her hip hop solo at 10:45 am.
You aren't supposed to take pictures but I snuck one anyway right at the end.
I like watching the hip hop numbers, I think they are fun.
Alivia is just getting so grown up.
Mel, Hunter and Kirby were all there as well, we chatted with them shortly then let them head out as they were heading all the way back to Sparwood today.
Jen & I stopped at Firehouse Subs for something to eat, did a little shopping then went to Royal Spas for some pampering.
Jen had made us appointments to get the head massage/shampoo, neck & shoulder massage.
It was 75 minutes and I enjoyed it but my arm was getting uncomfortable near the end.
I had to do some more shopping then we headed back to Jen's.
I would have liked to spend another night with Jen but Jason had the girls at the house.
They spent the night there last night and I figured they'd likely spend the night again tonight so I wanted to get back to help.
Jason and the girls were busy today.
They made smoothies.
Her very first strawberry smoothie! - She's a fan!

Nap time.
Hazel had a nap too.
Won't be long until she's over the bubba.
The girls painted some eggs for Easter.
Jason went to the bathroom for a minute and the girls let their creativity flow onto the walls.

She made a giant cookie.
Decorated it with chocolate sauce.

I got home around 6. Kody was there to pick up the girls.
They had wanted to go home but once I got there, they changed their minds and decided they wanted to stay the night after all.
So they stayed the night again.
I was happy, I love having them around.
Jason took them for a walk - I skipped it because it was too cold out there for me.
Plus my arm was bothering me a little too.
Then we just had a quiet hanging around the house.
I didn't have all of my steps in but I didn't feel like getting them either.
I'm regretting it because I wasn't that far away and it wouldn't have taken long but way too late now,
So it is what it is.
