Weigh In Day (Jan.12, 2026)

It's Monday - that means, weigh in day!

I was 237.2 lbs.
Good but not as good as I was expecting.

I was down 3.2 lbs but it definitely could have been more.
I did eat better this week for sure and made a point to get all my steps in but I didn't track my food on WW and I think that is the missing piece.
I need to make an effort to get that done this week.

Work was good, nothing special, just the same old same old.

I did finish up my latest book on audible.
It was a page turner - I didn't think I was going to like the ending but it ended up being ok.

After work, I did some clean up around the house.
I really need to get the Christmas decorations down and I did do a few things but I had to curl so I didn't want to get too far into it.

Tomorrow when I get home from work I'm going to delve right in and get as much done as I can.
Then I'll just work on it Wed & Thurs too.
I'm hoping to get it all done by then because it's the curling bonspiel this weekend so I'm going to be busy.

I saw these online and thought they were super cute and wondered if I could maybe try to make one?
We'll see.

I walked over to curling tonight then back home afterwards which was just enough to get me the rest of my steps.
Curling was good - we won.

Got all my steps in!
