Our flight was at 11 this morning so we slept in a little then we filled up our rental with gas and headed over to return it and go to the airport.
After we got through security I found myself a Chick-fil-a and had a chicken biscuit for breakfast.
Yum Yum.
The flight home was nice and smooth, we landed in Edmonton right around 2 pm.
Right near the luggage carousel in the Edmonton airport.
We caught the shuttle over to our car which was at Park2Go then we hit the road for home.
Quite the switch in weather from what we woke up to in Phoenix.
We did stop in Barrhead to get a few groceries - it was right around 7 when we got home to Swan Hills.
I asked Kody to bring the girls by for a visit because we'd missed them so much and he did.
We'd picked up a few things for them so we gave them their gifts.
Jason got her this purple that also had a matching crop top and she changed into it right away.
Safe to say she likes it.
He picked up this little Hogwarts themed dress for Eden.
It looked so cute on her!
After they went home, I had to go down and hop on the treadmill to get the rest of my steps in for the day.
I don't know why the picture showed up like this. the total time flashes and when I snapped the picture I'm sure it was showing but then it kind of faded away or something afterwards,
So strange.
It took me about 26 minutes to get them all in and honestly it was the last thing I wanted to do this evening but when I finished, I was so glad that I'd done it.
Jason went out to move the vehicles around since he normally leaves first thing in the morning and he said the car wouldn't stay running.
It would start but then it would just turn off, he tried it several times and the same thing just kept happening.
So he's going to have to drive me to work in the morning.
Hopefully it isn't something huge.
It's back to work for both of us tomorrow.
We have another trip coming up in a months time so it feels good to have that to look forward to.
